About These Terms
These terms govern your use of Glamour 3D Lashes services and website. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to these conditions. Glamour 3D Lashes LLC operates as Lashes by Dima, a private, appointment-only lash studio located at 5807 Argerian Dr, Suite 101, Studio 2, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545. These terms exist to protect both you and the studio, ensuring clear expectations for every visit.
Booking and Deposits
All appointments are scheduled online through Square Appointments. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment except lash removal. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, which is why the deposit system exists: it protects the studio's schedule and confirms your commitment to the appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 fee and your $40 deposit will be forfeited. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking that time slot. Please plan accordingly and contact the studio as early as possible if your plans change.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged $50. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future services. Dima schedules one client at a time in her private studio, so punctuality ensures you receive the full service you booked.
Fills and New Clients
Two-week and three-week fills are available for existing clients only. If you are new to Glamour 3D Lashes and currently wear extensions from another artist, you must text a clear photo of your current lashes to (925) 353-0959 for approval before booking. In some cases, a full removal and new set may be required. This policy protects your natural lashes and ensures Dima can deliver results that meet her standards.
Prices and Payment
Prices for all services are listed on this website and in the Square Appointments booking system. Prices may change at any time. Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay. Afterpay is available when booking online.
Your Results and Aftercare
Individual results depend on your natural lashes and how closely you follow the aftercare guidance provided after your appointment. Proper aftercare significantly extends the life of your lash set. Dima will review specific instructions with you during your visit.
