Glamour 3D Lashes LLC, also known as Lashes by Dima, is a private, appointment-only lash studio located at 5807 Argerian Dr, Suite 101, Studio 2, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or book an appointment with Dima.
What we collect
When you reach out to us by phone, text, or email, we keep only the information you choose to share: your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your lash history or preferences. New clients who have had lashes applied elsewhere may text a photo of their current lashes to (925) 353-0959 so Dima can evaluate whether she can safely work with them. We use that photo solely for booking approval and nothing else.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your questions, schedule and manage your appointments, and provide the personalized service you expect at our Wesley Chapel studio. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone.
Booking and payments
All booking, deposits, and payments are processed through Square Appointments, Square's own booking platform. When you schedule with us, you are interacting directly with Square's secure system. This website never collects, sees, or stores your payment card details. Square's privacy policy applies to all transactions made through their platform.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses basic cookies and visit analytics to understand which pages visitors find helpful. This helps us improve your experience online.
Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as needed to operate our business (for example, through Square's booking system as described above).

How this website counts visits
This website counts visits with a visit counter from AI Centery, the platform it is built on. The counter uses no cookies and saves nothing on your device. To tell visits apart, it makes a random code from your internet connection and your browser. The code changes every day, so the counter cannot follow you from one day to the next, and new visit records keep no IP address (older records keep a shortened one until they are deleted after 13 months). For each page you view, it saves the page, the page title, the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), the name of the website that sent you, your type of browser and device, your approximate country, region and city, the time, and how long the page was on screen. It also notes when you tap a phone number or open the chat. If you send a request through a form or the chat on this website, the request keeps details of the visit it came from: how you found this website (for example a search engine or an ad), the first page you saw, your approximate country, region and city, your type of device, browser and operating system, the page you sent the request from, and when the visit started. This happens only when you are counted. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you are counted only after you choose "Accept all". Elsewhere, you are counted unless you choose "Necessary only". If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, you are never counted. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.
