Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Here is how booking, deposits and cancellations work, plus tips to keep your lashes beautiful.

Booking and cancellation policy
Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve you and others better.
Deposit: a $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
Cancellations and rescheduling: please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are charged a $50 fee, and the deposit is forfeited.
No-shows: missing an appointment without notice is charged $50.
Late arrivals: if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future services.
New clients
Coming from another artist? Text a clear photo of your current lashes to (925) 353-0959 before booking.
2- and 3-week fills are for existing clients.
In some cases a full removal and new set may be required.
Your lashes are applied to last.

How long does a full set take?
About 2 hours. Fills take 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.
How long do lash extensions last?
Extensions shed with your natural lashes, so most clients book a fill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the set full.
Which style is right for me?
Classic gives a natural look, hybrids add texture and fullness, and volume or mega volume give the most dramatic result. Dima will help you choose at your consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay. Afterpay is available when you book online.
How should I prepare?
Come with clean lashes: no mascara, makeup or oils around the eyes.
Are you open on Sundays?
The studio is open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and closed on Sundays.
